Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups prepared strawberries
  • 4 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Mash the prepared strawberries well.
  2. Add sugar to the mashed strawberries and mix well.
  3. Let the mixture stand for a while to allow the sugar to dissolve.
  4. Mix juice and pectin; stir into the fruit mixture.
  5. Stir the mixture for 3 minutes, then quickly transfer into jars.
  6. Cover the jars with tight lids.
  7. Let the jelly set for 24 hours before storing.
  8. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
