Fried Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • mashed potatoes (we use left over mash potatoes)
  • 1 onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Add the onion to the mashed potatoes.
  2. Form into hamburger shape.
  3. Dip patties in flour on both sides.
  4. Fry in some hot grease until golden brown on each side.
