Ingredients

  • 1 woodchuck, dressed
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut woodchuck into serving size pieces.
  2. Boil in salted water for 1 hour.
  3. Remove and roll in salt and peppered flour.
  4. Fry in oil until browned.
