Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. fine granulated sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon, strained
  • 1/2 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1 slice pineapple, diced

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and fruit in large pitcher; mix well, then add chopped ice.
  2. Add sparkling Burgundy and serve at once.
  3. Serves 8.
