Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jell-O gelatin

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the package of Jell-O gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted.
  3. Add about 2/3 cup diced, drained fruit to the mixture.
  4. Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with 1 cup diced fruit before serving.
