Ingredients

  • 120 g rice powder (glutinous)
  • 100 g water
  • 30 g soybean powder (kinako)
  • 20 g sugar

Instructions

  1. Put rice powder in a bowl and add water.
  2. Mix them well till they come together.
  3. It will be like clay.
  4. Shape it into small balls with your palms.
  5. Boil them in plenty of hot water.
  6. Drain hot water after they are done.
  7. They are done when all of the dumplings come up on the surface of the hot water.
  8. Mix soybean powder and sugar.
  9. Put the dumplings into it and serve.
  10. At usual times, I serve it like this:
