Garlic Chive Chicken

Ingredients

  • a handful chopped chives
  • 4 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • chicken, whole or cut-up

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine.
  2. Add chives and garlic; saute briefly.
  3. Place chicken in baking pan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper generously. Pour chive mixture over it and bake as usual.
