Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 300F
  2. Remove stems, wash & dry kale
  3. Massage ingredients into kale
  4. Spread kale pieces in single layer on 2 baking sheets lined with parchment
  5. Bake for 10 min.
  6. Rotate sheets.
  7. Back another 10-15 min.
