Garlic Popcorn

Ingredients

  • olive oil (to coat pan)
  • 5 cloves garlic, cut in half
  • about 1 c. unpopped popcorn kernels

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, pour in olive oil, just enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Add in garlic cloves and simmer until golden brown. Add 3 kernels. Shake pan constantly until they are all popped, then add the rest and shake until completely popped. Transfer into bowl and enjoy!
