Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz blackcurrants
  • 18 oz redcurrants
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup crystallized ginger, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins. Bring back to a boil and boil for 4 mins, stirring. Transfer to sterilized jars and let cool.
  2. Makes about 4 cups.
