Ingredients

  • 18 plantains, sliced into 2
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups raw sugar

Instructions

  1. In a casserole, put the water and the sugar and bring to a boil.
  2. Add plantains and wait until the syrup gets thicker.
  3. Store in a tight sealed container and refrigerate.
