Glowing Jello

Ingredients

  • Jello gelatin (or less expensive substitute)
  • tonic water (ie...quinine as substitute water on package directions)
  • sugar (just a little to counter the bitterness of the tonic)

Instructions

  1. Boil 1/2 the tonic.
  2. Pour into mold or bowl.
  3. Sprinkle Jello while mixing until dissolved.
  4. Add a little extra sugar if you want to do so.
  5. Add the remaining tonic. Mix briefly.
  6. Place in fridge for 2 hours.
  7. The quinine will make this glow under a black light.
  8. Use your imagination for serving!
