- Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Combine eggs and milk; stir into cornmeal mixture.
- Pour into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 425° for 30 to 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
