Grape Jelly(Microwave)

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen grape juice concentrate
  • 1 to 1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 3 3/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine in an 8 to 12-cup measure (with a handle) thawed juice and pectin.
  2. Stir in water; blend well.
  3. Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring 1 time.
  4. Blend in sugar.
  5. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring 1 time.
  6. After jelly is boiling, stir again and microwave on High 1 minute.
  7. Skim off foam.
  8. This gets very hot, you must be careful, especially when removing cover.
  9. Pour into sterilized jars.
  10. A great Christmas gift.
