Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet (cut in 4 equal parts)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon in a microwave safe plate.
  2. Mix the olive oil and Greek seasoning.
  3. Brush the mixture over the fillets.
  4. Cover tightly.
  5. Microwave 10 minutes @ 50% power.
