Green Kale Breadcrumbs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine kale, 2 teaspoons olive oil, and garlic clove in a food processor; pulse until minced. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Pulse torn baguette in a food processor for coarse crumbs. Add breadcrumbs, and saute 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in kale mixture; saute 30 seconds.
