Grilled Nectarines

Ingredients

  • 4 small fresh nectarines, fragrant but firm to the touch
  • canola oil

Instructions

  1. Wash & dry nectarines. Cut each nectarine in half and remove the pit. Cut each half into 3 thick wedges.
  2. Lightly coat wedges in canola oil and grill for 1-2 minutes per side or until you see the fruit's natural sugar start to caramelize.
  3. Serve hot.
