Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) red snapper
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice, garlic, salt and oil.
  2. Pat onto snapper; grill until flakes.
  3. (It does not take long.)
