Grilled Venison Steaks

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. venison (Backstrap is best)
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Slice venison in steaks and season.
  2. Wrap a bacon strip around each steak; hold with toothpicks.
  3. Place in bowl and pour Italian dressing over meat.
  4. Marinate for 24 hours.
