Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 medium to large potatoes
  • butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until soft.
  2. Peel and chop in small pieces.
  3. Put butter in skillet.
  4. Add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook until brown.
