- Put milk in small stainless steel or copper bowl and set in freezer until ice crystals begin to form, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use a hand held mixer and thicken mixture by beating in the dry milk.
- Continue to beat on high until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
- Add honey and beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes more.
- Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
