Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. skimmed milk
  • 1/3 c. instant dry nonfat milk

Instructions

  1. Put milk in small stainless steel or copper bowl and set in freezer until ice crystals begin to form, about 15 to 20 minutes. Use a hand held mixer and thicken mixture by beating in the dry milk.
  2. Continue to beat on high until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add honey and beat until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes more.
  4. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
