Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add hot water.
- Stir until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
- Knead with floured hands for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Add more flour if needed to reduce stickiness.
- Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
- Grease two large cookie sheets.
- Shape dough into 16 to 18 balls and place on cookie sheets.
- Let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes, in a warm place. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
- Serve warm.
