Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. hot roll mix
  • 1 1/4 c. hot water (120~ to 130~)
  • 3 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 3 tsp. dried basil leaves
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Stir until dough pulls away from sides of bowl.
  4. Knead with floured hands for 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Add more flour if needed to reduce stickiness.
  6. Cover and let rest 5 minutes.
  7. Grease two large cookie sheets.
  8. Shape dough into 16 to 18 balls and place on cookie sheets.
  9. Let rise until doubled, 30 to 45 minutes, in a warm place. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes.
  10. Serve warm.
