Ingredients

  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 to 3 large potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry, drain and break bacon into bite sized pieces.
  2. Cut potatoes into niblits; cook until lightly brown.
  3. Add eggs, salt and pepper to potatoes.
  4. Scramble mixture and add bacon.
  5. Cook until eggs are done.
  6. Serve with toast.
