Ingredients

  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 12 ounce Chambord raspberry liquor (raspberry flavoured liqueur)
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Put all three ingredients in a cocktail mixer with lots of ice.
  2. stir or shake until cold.
  3. Float 2 or 3 fresh raspberries in the glass.
