Instructions
- Bring milk to a boil in saucepan.
- Beat eggs slightly; add gradually to boiled milk.
- Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes, or until it starts to thicken and forms curds.
- Add seasonings and sugar, stirring constantly so mixture will not scorch.
- Pour mixture into a cloth or cheesecloth bag; squeeze and tie opening tightly.
- Let drain about 2 hours, or until set.
- Refrigerate. Slice before serving.
