I Pecan A
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Cathead Pecan Vodka ⓘ
- .5 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1/4 teaspoon honey simple syrup*
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- apx 1.5 ounces IPA beer
Instructions
- Pour vodka, liqueur, bitters, honey syrup, and lemon juice into cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake and strain into a fluted glass. Top with IPA.
- *Honey Simple Syrup
- Mix equal parts honey and water. Stir until honey dissolves.
