Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jell-O vanilla pudding
  • 1 envelope (1 Tbsp.) plain gelatin
  • 1 3/4 c. cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, gelatin and cold water.
  2. Cook according to package directions.
  3. Cool about 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
  4. Add ice cream, stirring until melted.
  5. Arrange cookies in the bottom of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  6. Pour 1/3 pudding over cookies.
  7. Place 12 cookies on top of pudding and 4 against long side of pan.
  8. Make 3 layers this way.
  9. Chill until firm.
