Jello "Poke" Pie
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small pkg. jello (any flavor, but red is best) ⓘ
Instructions
- Bake cake according to directions in oblong pan.
- Let cool and poke holes in cake with a fork.
- Mix jello with 1 cup hot water and pour over cake.
- Refrigerate cake for 2 hours.
- Frost with Cool Whip before serving.
