Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup finely crushed ice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • 3/4 ounce vodka
  • mint sprig (to garnish)

Instructions

  1. In blender, process all ingredients, except mint, until blended. Pour into tall glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
