Ingredients

  • 2 large cans pineapple, drained
  • 2 large cans Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries, drain cherries and wash
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Measure juice from pineapple and oranges.
  2. Need 2 1/2 cups. Add to vanilla pudding.
  3. Cook until thick. Cool completely.
  4. Add fruit and cut up 2 bananas.
  5. Make a day ahead.
  6. I have also used canned peaches and the peach juice instead of mandarin orange juice.
