Ingredients

  • 2 c. steamed white rice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 dashes salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add white rice, vanilla, and evaporated milk. Blend together well.
  2. Pour into a gallon container and add water and sugar.
  3. Shake very well.
  4. Add more sugar if desired.
  5. Serve over ice.
  6. Keep refrigerated.
