- Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix in heavy bottomed pan the salt, 3/4 cup sugar, tapioca, egg yolks and milk. Mix, then cook, bringing it to a boil.
- STIR CONSTANTLY. Cool slightly and add vanilla.
