Larry'S Tapioca Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. quick tapioca
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mix in heavy bottomed pan the salt, 3/4 cup sugar, tapioca, egg yolks and milk. Mix, then cook, bringing it to a boil.
  2. STIR CONSTANTLY. Cool slightly and add vanilla.
