Lemon Loaded Party Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 pkg. lemon jello (3 oz.)
  • 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding (4 serving size)
  • Cool Whip (9 oz.)
  • 3 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Bake cake per box instructions in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. While cake is baking, mix the jello in boiling water.
  3. Cool until cake is baked.
  4. When cake comes from oven, poke full of holes (good size ones) with a fork.
  5. Spoon jello into holes until used up. Refrigerate cake until cold and jello is set.
  6. Beat pudding with 3 cups cold milk.
  7. Spread over cake, then top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
