Instructions
- In saucepan, combine pudding, sugar and 1/4 cup water.
- Add 2 egg yolks and blend.
- Add remaining 1 3/4 cups of water.
- Cook until thick.
- Add lemon juice.
- Pour half of filling in baked 8-inch pie shell.
- Beat egg whites and fold remaining half of filling into the whites while hot.
- Chill.
