Ingredients

  • 4 yellow squash, 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Steam the squash until just tender, drain.
  2. Toss the squash with the butter, lemon, salt and pepper.
  3. Serve.
