Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons black pepper, corns
  • 2 tablespoons allspice, berries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg, ground

Instructions

  1. Seperately roas peppercorns and allspice berries.
  2. Let cool and grind them finely.
  3. Mix with the other powders and store in an airtight container.
