Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Sugar-free vanilla pudding
  • 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Press graham cracker crumbs evenly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions and let it set.
  3. Mix the prepared pudding with the Lite Cool Whip until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture over the graham cracker crust in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle additional graham cracker crumbs over the pudding layer.
  6. Spread cherry pie filling on top of the crumbs layer.
  7. Sweeten the cherry pie filling with Equal if desired, then serve.
