Ingredients

  • chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • fat-free sour cream
  • fat-free oleo
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken in melted butter.
  2. Place in baking dish.
  3. Top with sour cream.
  4. Cover with cracker crumbs.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Bake at 350°, covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
