Loganberry Tapioca
Ingredients
Instructions
- Mix tapioca, sugar, salt, loganberry
- juice and water.
- Stir well and cook over direct heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches a full, rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
- Cool and chill before serving.
- It becomes much thicker when cold.
- Serve with top milk or cream.
- Makes 5 servings.
