Ingredients

  • 2 c. ice cubes
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1/2 banana or 1 c. strawberries

Instructions

  1. Crush ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Add milk, fruit and sweetener. Blend into a frothy delicious shake.
