Low-Fat Pineapple Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake, broken into bite size pieces
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (packed in its own juice)
  • 1 large pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Break cake into pieces.
  2. Pour pineapple and juice over cake. Mix pudding and fat-free milk according to package directions. Pour over the first mixture and chill.
  3. Add whipped toping when ready to serve.
