Lower Fat Chocolate Eclair

Ingredients

  • 3 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
  • 4 1/2 c. 1/2% cold milk
  • 12 oz. lite Cool Whip
  • 16 oz. box graham or honey graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix together pudding and milk.
  2. Add Cool Whip.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Layer a 9 x 13-inch container with whole graham crackers.
  5. Top with half of pudding mixture.
  6. Add another layer of graham crackers.
  7. Frost with chocolate frosting.
  8. Chill several hours before serving.
  9. Makes about 15 servings.
