Ingredients

  • 3 large mangoes, peeled,pitted,diced
  • 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 2 tablespoons dark rum

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients in a large bowl, tossing occasionally.
  2. let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  3. serve at room temperature, or chilled.
