Marinated Broiled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops, 3/4-inches thick
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. Kitchen Bouquet browning sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice and browning sauce in shallow plastic or stainless steel pan.
  2. Marinate chops for several hours or overnight, turning chops occasionally.
  3. Broil chops about 25 minutes, basting often with juice.
  4. Turn once.
  5. Nice with baked potato or buttered noodles.
  6. Serves 4.
