Ingredients

  • 2 (54 g) Mars bars, chopped
  • 142 ml single cream
  • 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 300 g apricot compote or 300 g tinned apricots

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, add Mars bars and cream, and melt together over a low heat, stirring till smooth.
  2. Scoop ice cream into dishes and spoon over compote. Pour over sauce and sprinkle with crushed amaretti, if using. Serve immediately.
