Ingredients

  • 2 Wati rice
  • 1 Wati urad dal
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and dal separately overnight.
  2. Grind separately.
  3. Mix together and add a little salt.
  4. Put in pot and cover and wrap the whole thing in a sari.
  5. Make dosas!
