Instructions

  1. Process for the oven Make the kebabs by piercing each item in a random order, just make sure you have 3 to 4 cubes of Tempeh on each skewer Preheat the oven to 350 to 400F When ready, place the kabobs in efficiently sized baking sheet lined with baking paper Drizzle a little bit of oil on each kebab Place them in a oven for 45 min When ready, apply more of the barbeque sauce on each kebab possibly with a brush (you may add little bit of water and mix thoroughly before applying)
  2. Process for grilling for the barbeque Preheat the grill to 350 to 400 F Place the skewers carefully on the grill and grill each side for 7min under the lid When ready, place them on a tray and apply more barque sauce
