Ingredients

  • sliced ripe tomatoes (medium thick)
  • plain flour
  • salt and pepper
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Dip tomatoes in flour; fry brown on both sides.
  2. Put all fried tomatoes back in skillet.
  3. Stir and add milk slowly; stir constantly, adding milk until it becomes gravy.
  4. Serve with ham and biscuits.
