Microwave Cinnamon Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1 unbeaten egg white
  • 2 c. shelled mixed nuts or pecan halves
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix egg white and nuts thoroughly.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Add to nuts so egg white absorbs it all.
  4. Place mix in round cake dish.
  5. Cook on power 7 for 6 minutes or until crispy, turning dish at one minute intervals.
  6. Cool and break into pieces.
