Microwave Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 (2 1/2 oz.) salmon steaks
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • lemon juice or lime juice
  • lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place steaks in microwave-safe casserole.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over steaks.
  3. Generously sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over steaks and cover.
  4. Microwave on HIGH about 2 minutes.
  5. Turn steaks; repeat with lemon juice and lemon pepper.
  6. Cook another 2 minutes. Check for doneness and serve.
  7. If thicker steaks, may need a few more seconds of cooking.
  8. Steaks freeze well and when heated in microwave, taste fresh.
  9. Serves 4.
